Mountain Fire Update
The Mount Cross staff is assembling an incident sheet so we can tend to those who have experienced loss, dislocation, and anxiety. If you have first-hand information and permission to share about an affected Mount Cross member, please send that data to the church so that we may add these friends to our incident and care lists ([email protected]). Many activities are planned for the remainder of the week, BUT…. without power we may need to cancel or reschedule. We will notify the church as things develop. The church office is working remotely.
We pray for our whole community, especially…
all the firefighters, first responders, and caregivers;
those who have lost their homes and belongings;
those who have been evacuated and are displaced;
those who have been injured or harmed in any way;
the families and friends of those affected by the fires;
all who will aid the families and individuals with their recovery.
