Jessica Helms

Accompanist (Organist/Pianist)
Jessica is an experienced accompanist and music director, serving Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles Counties for over 20 years.

In addition to her work at Mount Cross, she is the accompanist and assistant artistic director of the Gold Coast Concert Chorus and previously served as a long-time staff member in the Music Department and Campus Ministry Office at California Lutheran University.

She graduated from California Lutheran University with a BA in Piano and Oboe and holds a MM in Choral Conducting from California State University, Los Angeles. She has also done Master’s work at Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey.

In her spare time she enjoys listening to musical theater cast recordings, going to Disneyland, playing video games, and enjoying life with her wonderful wife, Holly, and calico cat, Olivia.
