Minutes from May 1, 2012 Meeting

Members present: Arlene Proctor, Jan Gerk, Dan Nelson, Stan Patscheck, Norm Williamson, and Bob Cole (Chair)

1. Reports:

· Repeat Visitors: We went over the list of visitors

we were assigned in April. Diane Januszewski

has decided to join Mount Cross.

· Advertising: Jan Gerk asked if she should put an ad in

the ACORN for the Service in the Park on the 26^th. We

thought it was a good idea.

· MCLC sign: The design looks good and Stan will install it soon.

· Steward ship Committee will take over the integration of new

members into the church.

· DVD: Stan said it’s in process. There was discussion as to what

should go into the DVD.

· Business Cards: Everyone has church business cards. They can be

used to give to anyone who shows interest in Mount Cross. Norm will

ask Marilyn to have more printed.

· Norm will find out the cost for listing Mount Cross in the phone book.
