INCOME

· Year-to-Date Income is approximately ($37k) under budget.

o For the year-to-date, we have received 92.7% of Pledged Income budgeted

o For October, we had a large increase in Non-Pledged Income

EXPENSES

· Spending freeze has helped to offset our year-to-date loss. We have closed the gap significantly and are at a Net Loss of approximately ($18k)

OCTOBER SUMMARY

· Cash in bank at month end $29,725.46

· Charles Schwab $149,091.18 (September balance – October not yet reconciled)

· Endowment will be reconciled as of 09/30/11 when quarterly statement is received. Prior period balance was $190,011.15
