How comforting to know that someone is thinking of you and praying for you. It might be the loss of a loved one, recuperation from a serious illness or just something that is tearing your life apart - when being wrapped in a warm shawl, woven with prayers will sustain and comfort you like nothing else.

The shawls have been referred to as "The Waiting Room of Outreach Ministry". When a shawl is delivered it includes a beautiful prayer and a card with a personal blessing from the one who created it. The shawls take a varying time to make and can be knit or crocheted from 3 skeins of Lion Brand Homespun yarn. The directions are not complicated or difficult for even a beginner to make.
