The Hope That Is In You

Some of my thoughts about preparing for my funeral.

“Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you

to give the reason for the hope that you have.”  1st Peter 3:15

This worksheet is a place for you to share with your church and family thoughts and ideas about your funeral service.  The things you write here will be received as a wonderful gift by your family and those who will make arrangements for your memorial service.  When you complete this form, leave it with your other important papers.  Also, please make a copy and give it to one of the pastors and it will be placed in your file until it is needed.
